Being involved

You can decide how little or how much you want to be involved.

You might simply want to receive the members’ newsletter and information about NHS Direct. Or you may wish to be invited to events or meetings that interest you. It’s up to you how actively you wish to be involved - the choice is yours.

We will listen to your opinions and suggestions, and develop services in response. We will also gather feedback from you, our members and the millions of people who use our services.

We will invite you as a member to attend focus groups, workshops and meetings close to where you live so that you can make suggestions and discuss your experience of our services depending on your choice.

Who can become a member?
