A new video which explains NHS Direct’s role in delivering the new NHS 111 service is now available.
The video features interviews with Dr Ruth Livingstone, GP and Clinical Lead for NHS 111 in the East Midlands and Jonathan Jackson, NHS 111 Programme Manager at East Midlands SHA, talking about the implementation of the new non-emergency telephone service in their local health economy.
