NHS Direct and NHS 111 - 3 new pilots

111 logoNHS Direct has recently started providing the new NHS 111 service for the Nottingham City and Lincolnshire pilots and we will also shortly be providing the pilot service for people in Luton. These pilots include call handling, nurse advice and health information and medicines enquiries. 

For the NHS 111 pilot in NHS Durham and Darlington, we are continuing to provide health information and medicines advice.
