Team leader non-clinical

As a non-clinical team leader, you’ll shift-manage a multi-disciplinary team of contact centre staff.

You’ll maximise your team’s performance, ensuring that they’re competent and motivated. You’ll also ensure that they work effectively, in line with national standards and policies. You’ll supervise, monitor and support your team. This will include:

  • managing attendance at work,
  • managing breaks and punctuality,
  • answering queries, and
  • dealing with complaints.
