Nurse advisor

  • Full-time and part-time
  • Locations across England

Nurse advisor is a challenging, varied role, where you’ll use your nursing skills and expertise to the full. Using your professional clinical judgement, you’ll assess patients' health and clinical needs, supported by our decision software. You’ll speak to a range of people on the phone:

  • to provide triage, medication advice and health information, and
  • to implement care packages.

You’ll be a level 1 sub part 1 NMC registered nurse and have either of the following:

  • Adult RN1 RNA
  • Mental Health RN3 RNMH
  • Learning Disabilities RN5 RNLD
  • Children RN8 RNC

You’ll also be computer literate and have sound communication skills. Confidence, initiative and a calm approach are essential in this role, as is the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
