You will be a qualified dental nurse - registered with the General Dental Council. You will also have had experience working as a dental nurse after gaining your dental nursing qualifications.
Ideally you will have some experience of coaching or preceptorship. You will also need to be computer literate and have excellent communication and listening skills.
You will need to be confident and able to think quickly and solve complex dental enquiries in a calm and sympathetic manner. You will also understand the importance of working in a team as well as working on your own.
