NHS Direct will be exhibiting at the NHS Confederation annual conference and exhibition in Liverpool (23-25 June 2010).
We hope to meet you at our stand (H61) where we will be demonstrating our online Patient Decision Aids. Initially these Patient Decision Aids will be for prostate and benign cancer but others are being developed. Available via a dedicated website, they will help patients make informed decisions on their treatment.
We are involved in two workshops at the conference: Dr Nicholas Robinson, Associate Clinical Director, Long Term Conditions & Telehealth for NHS Direct will be running a Telehealth Workshop; and our Chair, Joanne Shaw will be chairing ‘Transforming delivery in a multi-channel NHS – new opportunities for e-health innovation’ in the afternoon of 23 June 2010.
